Avutsu Emmanuel, popularly known as Rapha, was born on December 2nd, 1995, in Keta Municipal Hospital, located in the Volta region of Ghana. He is a passionate individual with a strong desire to positively impact his community.

Emmanuel began his educational journey at Anseco Basic School, where he laid the foundation for his academic pursuits. His dedication to learning led him to pursue his secondary education at Volta Senior High School, where he specialized in the General Arts program with a focus on language studies. During this time, he developed a keen interest in the Ewe language and culture, fueling his desire to further his education.

Emmanuel’s thirst for knowledge and his determination to contribute to society led him to the University of Education, Winneba-Ajumako Campus. Here, he enrolled in the B.A. Ewe Education program, a field that aligned perfectly with his passion for teaching and his appreciation for the Ewe language. Emmanuel believed that education is a powerful tool for change, and he aspired to become a teacher who could inspire and empower others through education.

Apart from his academic pursuits, Emmanuel also actively engaged in extracurricular activities. He had a profound love for reading, finding solace and inspiration in the pages of books. His passion for teaching extended beyond the classroom, as he often dedicated his time to tutoring and assisting his fellow students in their academic endeavors. Furthermore, Emmanuel had a strong interest in sports and recognized the importance of physical activity in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Emmanuel’s leadership skills and dedication to service were evident throughout his academic journey. He served as an Assistant School Prefect during his time at both junior high school and senior high school, taking on responsibilities and providing guidance to his peers. His commitment to fostering positive change within the educational system was further exemplified by his role as the Vice President of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) during the 2019/2020 academic year.

Inspired by his experiences and driven by his passion for serving others, Emmanuel decided to take a step further in his leadership journey by aspiring to become the Student Representative Council (SRC) General Secretary of the University of Education, Winneba – Ajumako Campus. With his strong academic background, leadership experience, and dedication to education and community development, he aimed to bring positive change and advocate for the welfare of the student body.

Emmanuel Avutsu, also known as Rapha, stands as an embodiment of dedication, passion, and service. With his commitment to education, his love for teaching, and his drive to make a difference, he is poised to leave a lasting impact on the University of Education, Winneba – Ajumako Campus, and the community as a whole.
